Widgenta integration with CallTouch
Widgenta features one-way integration with CallTouch. The integration allows requests from lead-generating widgets to create leads with the «Request» type in CallTouch.
If you don't have a CallTouch account yet, register.
The following data is transmitted:
- Date and time of the lead *
- Lead number *
- Widget name * – maximum name length 100 characters
- Lead page * – maximum field length 1000 characters
- Phone number / e-mail from the «Lead» field * – max field length 100 characters
- All fields of the form * – maximum length of one field 100 characters
- UTM tags: * – maximum length of one utm-tag 100 characters
- utm_source
- utm_medium
- utm_campaign
- utm_content
- utm_term
- Tags – maximum length of one tag is 100 characters
- Comment – maximum comment length 1000 characters
* - are transmitted by default, do not require special settings.
To configure the integration you need to know 2 parameters from the CallTouch cabinet:
- Personal account ID (site_id)
- API token (access_token)
They can be taken from the «API and Webhooks» integration settings page in your personal CallTouch project cabinet.
Creating integration with CallTouch
You can create an integration either in the settings of the widget itself, or in the special «Integrations» section in your Widgenta workspace. Go to the «Integrations» section in workspace and click «Add Integration».
Select integration type «CallTouch».
Select the widget to which we connect the integration.
Fill in the «Access_token» and «Site ID» fields according to the data from CallTouch and select the time zone for applications.
Next, we can fill in optional fields to pass tags, comment and username to CallTouch. You can use variables both from the widget itself and global ones from workspace.
All that remains is to enter an arbitrary name for the integration and save it.
This completes the configuration of the Widgenta integration with CallTouch.
From now on, all incoming requests will go into CallTouch.
